Shipping & Return Policy:


We will send you a tracking confirmation as soon as processing & handling is completed for Domestic (USA) & International (Worldwide). As stated, once your ordered is processed we cannot do REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Due to the high demand of items, there is limited stock on each item, so if a customer order error occurs, all sales are are reviewed and based upon results deemed final if the error was not on  Once items have shipped we and with the carrier we are no longer responsible.  In the event of any lost, stolen or damaged shipments the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of order. During order fulfillment, we are not allowed to change the address once the order has been placed.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will accept returns on defective items ONLY. We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time. Items must be return unused. Refunds for defective item should be addressed within 10 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer. Please note, we only accept returns from


  • We do not accept exchanges on any orders.

  • If your order is returned and item(s) look used and opened, NO refund will be issued.

  • Packages returned back to due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package. Sender will contacted and responsible for the cost of new shipping label.

Defective Products:


If an item may be considered defective, please email immediately  indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 10 days from receipt.  After 10 days, customers are only eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by

Mistake or Damaged Order:


Please email within 7 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as mistakes or damaged products. A photo of the package and/or item must be provided in the email in order for KTMS PRO Products to proceed with the mistake or damaged products. All issues must be fully resolved within 14 days from delivery date for security purposes.
